Some homes you visit. Madison is one you remember.
Perched above the city as a one-of-a-kind architect-designed penthouse, Madison is the result of a very personal obsession with getting every detail right. After arriving from Germany over 20 years ago and living and working across four continents, I've stayed in hundreds of properties around the world — the great, the average, and the truly disappointing. That experience shaped everything about how I host.
You know the feeling: you arrive exhausted from a long journey and can't find the keys. You discover there's no air conditioning. The mattresses are soft in all the wrong places. The wifi crawls. I built Madison specifically so that none of those things ever happen to you here.
Three years ago I fell in love with this eclectic penthouse and have spared no expense since — premium furniture, modern whisper-quiet air conditioning throughout, a high-performance hot water system, fully renovated bathrooms and laundry, and a complete professional renovation of the upstairs bedrooms. The result is a home that feels genuinely luxurious without feeling cold or corporate.
Madison isn't a rental investment to me — it's where I plan to retire in ten years. I care about it the way you'd care about your own home, because one day it will be. Every upgrade, every piece of furniture, every detail has been chosen with that in mind. Guests tell me what could be better, and I act on it. That's not something you often find.
If you want a place in the city that genuinely feels like home — only considerably more beautiful than most homes — Madison is waiting for you.
